Ehsaas 8070 Free Atta Registration
The Punjab Government has launched an online registration facility called Ehsaas 8070 Free Atta for providing free flour to 10 million low-income families in the province. The registration is open to households with a monthly income of less than Rs. 60,000, and there is no deadline to apply. The initiative is part of a special Ramadan Relief package worth Rs. 64 billion aimed at providing assistance to the vulnerable population during the month of Ramadan. The scheme aims to address the rising prices of essential commodities, including flour, and Pakistan’s current economic conditions.
The Punjab Chief Minister has announced a plan to distribute free Atta during the month of Ramadan to assist those in need. The Punjab Government has set a fixed amount for each deserving family and aims to allocate a subsidy to provide free Atta to millions of individuals who are facing economic challenges due to high petrol and dollar rates in Pakistan. Currently, the distribution of 8070 Atta has begun in every district of Punjab, with registered members of the Ehsaas Program and BISP Kafalat beneficiaries also eligible for the Free Atta Scheme.
Application Procedure
To apply for the Ehsaas Program Atta Scheme, all you need is a valid CNIC card. The process is easy and simple. You can apply by sending an SMS with your 13-digit CNIC number to 8070, which is the government’s official number for the scheme. Here are the steps to follow:
- Open the SMS box on your mobile phone.
- Type “Atta” in your SMS.
- After typing “Atta,” give a one-step space and then enter “CNIC” with any space.
- Send this SMS to 8070.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation SMS from the PM Punjab Free Atta Package. If your monthly income is less than Rs. 60,000, you can also register for the Ramadan Special package for Free Atta in Punjab. Under this scheme, you can receive up to 3 bags of Atta in 10-Kg packing.
Eligibility Criteria
The Free Atta distribution scheme is aimed at households with a monthly income of fewer than 60,000 Rupees in Punjab. The Muft 8070 Atta online registration 2023 is available for this community. 10 crore people will receive a subsidy of 64 billion rupees through this scheme, and there are 20,000 sale points for distribution. Registration for people with income less than 60,000 started on March 15th, 2023. In addition to this, BISP and Ehsaas Program beneficiaries are also eligible for free Atta during Ramadan.

The Pakistan Prime Minister has introduced a Ramadan package for underprivileged individuals who cannot afford to purchase Atta due to rising prices. Households with a monthly income of less than 60,000 are eligible to receive free Atta bags. The government has allocated a large sum for this initiative, aiming to provide free Atta to almost 10 crore households. Every district reportedly has at least one Atta sale point. The Atta registration scheme is available throughout the entire month of Ramadan.

To register for the free Atta program online, visit the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) website and enter your valid CNIC number. Your eligibility will depend on your financial status, as the program aims to provide financial support to deserving individuals in Pakistan. If you are registered with the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) or PSPAC, you can also send an SMS from your registered mobile number to 8070 to receive free Atta from a utility store of PSPA.
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for free Atta under the subsidy scheme, the following terms and conditions apply:
- The subsidy covers only 30 kg of free Atta per person
- Registration is based on your CNIC
- Your monthly income is not more than Rs. 60,000
- Beneficiaries of BISP and the Ehsaas Program can also apply
- The free Atta can be obtained from designated sale points in Punjab.
