Gurman also suggested that Apple plans to unveil multiple new Macs, indicating that they will showcase more than just the 15-inch MacBook Air equipped with the M2 chipset.
He said:
I’m expecting three major focus areas next week: 1) several new Macs, 2) the mixed-reality headset, 3) the new OSs. With all of the new hardware and software, I expect the keynote to be one of Apple’s longest ever and easily exceed two hours.
Gurman’s information suggests that Apple intends to introduce Macs equipped with the M3 platform in the near future. During the upcoming event, the spotlight will be on the new MacBook Air, which will showcase the M2 chip.
Furthermore, Apple may release a new Mac Pro computer featuring the M2 Ultra chip, offering exceptional CPU performance. Although the probability of an iMac all-in-one desktop remains uncertain, there is a chance of a new Mac Studio model with the M2 chip.
Apple will live-stream the event on their website, as they always do, and everyone can watch it.
